ADHD screening and care coordination for your child

Parent and teacher answer the same Vanderbilt. You see where they agree. Your doctor gets one report, not a pile of paper.

Threaded Care is a family care coordination platform for children with attention concerns. Parents and teachers complete the PSC-17 and Vanderbilt ADHD Rating Scale, and the results go to the child's clinician in one report. Free to start, $365 a year to coordinate. Built by The Attention Institute, Ponte Vedra, Florida.

How it works

  1. 1

    Start the free baseline.

The PSC-17 takes five minutes. It checks attention, mood and behavior.

  2. 2

    Invite the teacher.

If attention is flagged, parent and teacher each get the Vanderbilt. We send the reminders.

  3. 3

    Bring one report.

Both raters side by side, with your logs. Your doctor reads it in two minutes.

Questions parents ask

Does Threaded Care diagnose ADHD?

No. Only a clinician can diagnose. We give them both raters' screening results and your notes in one report.

Why does the teacher need to fill one out?

ADHD has to show up in more than one setting. A teacher form shows your doctor what happens at school.

Can I track medication?

Yes. On the $365 plan you log dose, timing and side effects, and teachers can add classroom notes.

What does it cost?

The baseline and report are free. Coordination with teachers and logs is $365 a year.
