Editorial standards
PublishedEditorial policy and review standards
Threaded Care is published by The Attention Institute, Inc.. Health and assessment content moves through four stages, draft, source verified, reviewed, published, and stays out of search results until it reaches the final stage.
Publication workflow
- DRAFT
- SOURCE VERIFIED
- REVIEWED
- PUBLISHED
A page is noindex by default. Only a published record can enter the sitemap.
Sourcing and claim rules
- Every clinical, licensing or statistical statement points at a primary source record.
- A page stays DRAFT and noindex until its sources are verified and a named reviewer has signed off.
- We describe assessment instruments and link to official sources. We never reproduce questionnaire items.
- We do not publish a licensing conclusion from memory; it must be backed by a primary source or an owner-provided agreement.
- No statistic appears on a public page unless it resolves to an approved statistic record that names that page.
- We never publish a reviewer name, credential, testimonial, badge or award that has not been verified.
- Educational content never diagnoses, and never presents a screening result as a diagnosis.
Research standards
- Prefer primary sources: the instrument publisher, the peer-reviewed paper, or the government body.
- Record study type, population, sample size and limitations alongside every cited finding.
- Label proprietary Threaded Care analysis distinctly from third-party research.
- Re-verify sources on review, and record the verification date.
Corrections
- Material corrections are made on the page, with the review date updated.
- A claim that cannot be re-verified is removed or qualified rather than left standing.
- Corrections requests go to the contact address on the contact page.
Who writes and reviews
Threaded Care editorial team, Author
Writes and maintains the educational library, and is responsible for sourcing every clinical statement to a primary document.
We name a clinical reviewer only once that person has reviewed the page and their credentials have been verified. Where no reviewer is named, none has signed off yet.
Not medical advice
Threaded Care is an ADHD care coordination platform that connects what parents, teachers and providers observe over time. It does not diagnose and is not a substitute for medical advice. For a correction or a question about a source, use the details on our contact page.
