Illustrative example: twelve red flags
Jordan returns from two days off to twelve messages marked urgent. Sorting them shows three are truly today, six can wait until Thursday, and three need his manager to decide.
For adults with too much on the list
Sort before you act. Write every task down, then split them into three groups: what must happen now, what can wait for a named time, and what needs help or a decision from someone else. Seeing that split often shrinks the urgent pile. If the workload itself is unreasonable, that is a conversation with your manager, not a personal failing.

Mei's daughter is home sick during a deadline week. She moves two tasks to "later", asks a colleague to cover one meeting, and keeps "now" to the one deliverable that matters.
Threaded Care will not shorten your to-do list. It can make the rest of life easier to keep track of.
Create an account and set up a profile for yourself. Family profiles are optional, not required.
Organize notes and information for the people you support so you are not rebuilding the story each time.
Browse available resources and, when you choose to, connect with the people who support you, such as a provider or a school.
What it is not: Threaded Care cannot fix an unreasonable workload. There is no stress score here, and it is not a clinical service. If you feel unable to cope or unsafe, contact a health professional or call or text 988.
